Scope of work:
Disconnect and remove old units and tiles.
Remove wall tiles and floor.
Moving one wall 6 inch, build new wall
Install new door frame and door.
Adapt/extend/relocate waste and supply pipes to suit new installation (pipes concealed in the
walls or boxed in).Check/replace waste and soil pipes outside.
Prepare walls and ceiling prior tiling/painting.
Remove old plaster (where need) , re-plaster ( using bonding and finishing plaster and/or
moisture-shield plasterboard).
Install waterproof matting membrane in bath/shower area.
Tiling and grouting walls up to the ceiling.
Install new lights , illuminated cabinet/mirror etc..
Skim and paint the ceiling.
Skim and paint new wall outside of bathroom.
Check/fix/replace floor boards.
Install new exterior grade (marine) plywood on the floor , suitable for tiling.
Tiling the floor and grouting.
Install new suite.
Build bath panel, tile over.
Fix accessories: bath screen, mirror, shelves , holders ,hooks etc.
Rubbish removal.
