Scope of work:

  • Disconnect and remove old units: Bath Wash basin Toilet.

  • Remove wall and floor tiles.

  • Adapt/extend/relocate waste and supply pipes to suit new installation.

  • Prepare walls and floor prior tiling
    Remove old plaster , re-plaster
    Leveling the floor.

  • Install waterproof matting membrane in bath area.

  • Tiling walls and grouting.

  • Tiling the floor and grouting (including stairs and kitchen floor).

  • Electrical work ( connecting new bath, install new light) – including certificate.

  • Install new suite:
    Bath
    Washbasin
    Toilet
    radiator/ towel rail.

  • Fix accessories: mirror, shelves.
